Aapo was a Weight Control Project for Children of Elementary School Age. The program aimed at a positive change in the health behaviour of the whole family. The project worked in groups of ten children under 14 years and their families. The program consisted of weekly family meetings, home visits and camps.
The project report was published in December 2006.
