"Omaishoitajat" Rehabilitation project for family caregivers and patients being cared for

The project operates now also in the cities of Kuopio and Joensuu.

The project promotes the wellbeing and managing of the family caregivers. It simultaneously aims at improving the patients’ activity, spirit and quality of life. Project includes both institutional rehabilitation and outpatient care. The project first operated in the city of Turku. 

The project receives funding assistance of RAY.
